anw ran 3 rounds for pe which is the last period. haha. i broke my record!! which is running 2.75 rounds non stop. i know everyone will be like cheyy..i run > 3 rounds non stop but compared to last time in tkg, my timing & stamina has improved alot alot. (: guess i cant run ard sch those type, must stick to cold hard tracks. lols. but worst thing..aft tt we had to complete chem spa then i junked on ferroro rochers! right aft pe lor -.- and talk abt dieting. sigh.
jie is going on honeymoon today! ok fine, went le. so sad, i'm gna miss her alot alot. heh.
